February 23, 2019 – Acclaimed Americana Recording Artist and Billboard Chart-Topping Singer/Songwriter Robert Earl Keen will rock the house with his very special guests the acclaimed Quebe Sisters — Grace, Sophie and Hulda and a guest appearance by the Hill Country Youth Orchestras one night only, Saturday, February 23, 2019 at 8 p.m.

The Concert commemorates Mr. Keen’s 12th concert for Hill Country Youth Orchestras with 100% of proceeds going to the Hill Country Youth Orchestras’ Scholarship and Endowment Funds. This year’s concert promises to be filled with lots of surprises and all-time favorites plus a pre-concert VIP Reception in the Cailloux Theater Lobby!!

Robert Earl Keen has recorded 19 albums and has thousands of shows under his belt and still no end in sight. From his humble beginnings on the folk scene, he has blazed a peer, critic and fan-based trail that’s earned him living legend (not to mention pioneer) status in the Americana music world. Keen remains as committed to and inspired by his muse as ever. As “The Road Goes on Forever” Robert Earl Keen’s acclaim and commitment to Texas music has been recognized when he received the 2018 Distinguished Alumni Award from Texas A&M University, the 2015 BMI’s Troubadour Award for songwriting, and was inducted into the Texas Heritage Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2012.

The acclaimed Quebe Sisters Hulda, Sophia and Grace will be Mr. Keen’s very special guests for the concert. When the Quebe Sisters from Texas take a stage, and the triple-threat fiddle champions start playing and singing in multi-part close harmony, audiences are transfixed, then blown away.  Along with headlining their own shows they’ve shared stages with American music legends like Willie Nelson, George Strait, Merle Haggard, Ricky Skaggs & Kentucky Thunder, Ray Price, Connie Smith, Marty Stuart, Larry Gatlin and the Gatlin Brothers, Ray Benson and Asleep at the Wheel, Riders in the Sky and many others.

In a special appearance more than 130 HCYO students will be on stage to open the concert.

VIP Reception & Concert Packages $125, $200, $300, $350 and $400 include the pre-concert VIP Reception at 6:00 pm in the Cailloux Theater Lobby and the Concert at 8:00 PM. The VIP Reception includes refreshments, a silent auction and Robert Earl Keen leading a live auction featuring one of his special signed guitars!

$300 VIP Seats includes VIP Reception & Concert plus a special gift from REK.

400 VIP Box Seats and $350 VIP Front Row Seats includes VIP Reception & Concert plus a PRIVATE Meet & Greet with Robert Earl Keen at 6:00 PM and a special gift from REK.

General Admission tickets for 8 p.m. concert: $75, $50, $25, $10.
