For over a decade, Playhouse 2000 has proudly presented “professional quality amateur theatre” to the Texas Hill Country. Founded in 1998 with the goal of educating the community in all aspects of the performing arts, Playhouse 2000 produces six shows a year ranging for classic Broadway musicals to homegrown comedies, all chosen with the local audience and local talent in mind. Playhouse 2000 also manages the beautiful Cailloux Center on behalf of the City of Kerrville and local performing arts organizations.
